    • This Agreement, and any addendums attached, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
    • This Agreement is a legally binding contract of the terms and conditions applied to the client's use of and access to the services of Jessika's Cat Boarding Company.
    • Each party fully consents to the laws of Alberta and prior to any legal filings will mediate in good faith to resolve disputes.
    • If the pet shall in any form become ill or if the state of the animal's health otherwise requires attention, Jessika Meger at her sole discretion, is authorized to engage the services of the veterinarian provided in this Pet Boarding Contract, if listed veterinarian is unavailable, Jessika Meger has the right to provide in house veterinary services at the pet owner's expense to the animal up to the amount of
    • Owner will pay all costs and charges for special services requested, and provide updated vaccination records from your vet before the boarding date.
    • Owner represents that the pet has not been exposed to rabies within 30 days prior to boarding.
    • Owner specifically represents that they lawfully own pets listed in this Pet Boarding Agreement to the best of their knowledge.
    • Owner will be held solely responsible for any and all acts of behavior including aggression that takes place during boarding.
    • Owner understands that the pet shall not leave the Boarding facility until all fees and charges are paid in full.
    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE BINDING FOR ANY OCCASION THAT ANY PET IS PLACED IN THE CARE OF JESSIKA MEGER.

    Any animals’ unclaimed after 7 days past designated pick-up day are disposed of at manager's discretion.

    Jessika Meger is not responsible for animals that breach our security measures and become loose. Jessika Meger is not responsible for any injury/death of any animal while in their care. Any and all veterinary expenses and related costs incurred during or after staying with Jessika Meger for the treatment of your animal are the responsibility of the owner. In the event of an emergency the animal will be transferred to our veterinarian immediately and the owner will be contacted, if possible, to authorize medical treatment. If the owner is unavailable, Jessika Meger will attempt contact with the emergency contact provided to obtain authorization. If both the owner and emergency contact cannot be reached, Jessika Meger will proceed with all measures of treatment as per the veterinarian guidance within the guidelines listed below.

    Owner is responsible to ensure that all personal information is accurate and updated as required. The owner will be held responsible for any and all illness and veterinarian bills incurred due to false records, incorrect or incomplete information. Jessika Meger, in the event of death of any animal in the care of Jessika Meger, an autopsy will be performed at the owner's expense to determine cause of death. Please let us know if you have any special request in the unlikely event of your pet's death while in our care. This is especially important for senior guests. We want to ensure we follow your wishes.

    Jessika Meger is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
